ONLINE PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS AND PRIVACY: Chicken on the Run connects our customers to direct online ordering for pickup only with our store through our online service. You agree to pay for all orders made on line in accordance with the prices in effect at the time an order is submitted online, regardless of whether your actually receive the products. You also agree to pay all applicable taxes. Orders that you submit online cannot be cancelled. This is because online orders from the online service website page, requires you to enter valid payment information (e.g. credit card, or debit card), through our website. To protect your privacy and safeguard your information we do not retain your credit card information after the transaction has been submitted online. This means that we never keep or store your credit card information after your order is submitted online and cannot cancel an online order. REFUND POLICY: Except as approved by Chicken on the Run in its sole discretion, payment for all transactions submitted online through our on line point of sale are non-refundable. To request a refund, your refund request must be made to the store no later than 30 minutes before the requested pickup time as indicated by the online order. You will also be required to provide us with an email for a confirmation of a refund if the requested refund is approved by Chicken on the Run in its sole discretion.
